Windows не удается установить необходимые файлы. Просьба помочь

Привет всем. Скачал Microsoft Windows 10 [10.0.19045.4651], Version 22H2. С помощью скрипта mu изменил папку загрузки файлов в файле boot.wim и при установки системы выходит ошибка Windows не удается установить необходимые файлы и т.д. В чем может быть проблема ? просьба помочь советом.
