BCD_Boot_Gui.exe - Восстановление загрузки (BIOS, UEFI).
Compact.exe - установка новой Windows (туда-же входит и BCD_Boot_Gui.exe).
Там посвежее версия:
Win_8_PE x86x64_Universal_Xemom1_(2016).iso
