conthuongbome, english core C9PE been done and tested exclusively for use in 2k10. Problems when combined with other WinPE decide yourself.
For software package in 2k10 launched in English, rename the folder 2k10\Programs-2k10\User.Config\Rus\ to ...\Eng (read description in this folder readme.txt)

conthuongbome, эти надписи в мультиязычной библиотеке comctl32.dll. Но, как сменить язык отображаемых подписей на английский - я не знаю (ядро С9РЕ собиралось вручную, а не конструктором).

волчара, сделай костыль вручную. Если результат будет тем же, то помочь сможет только автор - Pauly.
Для генерации костыля в программе используется версия 0.73. Скачать можно тут.
